Marriage of Louis Schneider and Mary Wurm - Seneca Advertiser, Tiffin, Ohio, 23 Jan 1908
"A pretty wedding occurred in the St. Stephens church last Thursday morning at 9:30 o'clock when Miss Marie Wurm, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Wurm, became the bride of Lewis M. Schneider, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Schneider, of Bellevue. Miss Rose Wurm, sister of the bride, acted as bridesmaid and Joseph Schneider, brother of the groom, as groomsman. The officiating clergyman was Rev. Vincent Minch. The bride's gown was a very pretty creation of cream batiste trimmed in valle lace with hat to match. The bridesmaid's gown was ob pink batiste and she carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations. Immediately after the ceremony the bridal party repaired to the home of the bride's parents where a wedding dinner was served to the immediate friends and relatives. The date was also the silver wedding anniversary of the bride's parents and both events were celebrated in a fitting manner. Mr. and Mrs. Schneider received numerous valuable wedding gifts. The young couple will reside on a farm near Bellevue where they will be at home to the friends after Feb. 1."
