"OLD KINGSLEY RESIDENT DIES - Theodore J. Worm, 78, passed away Sunday night at his farm home west of Kingsley, following a long illness.
Mr. Worm was born Nov. 9, 1868, in Ohio and came with his parents, Thomas and Barbara Worm, to this community in 1882.
He was united in marriage to Margaret Hendges in 1890 and to this union were born four children.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Ed Zenner and Mrs. Armond Schmuckal and Mrs. Raymond Clous of Thompsonville and one son, Alfred, at home; besides 6 brothers, Peter, Bernard and Adam of Kingsley, four sisters, Mrs. Kate Fasel and Mrs. John DeFer of Traverse City, Mrs. John Cronin of Ludington, and Mrs. Ivan Umlor of Kingsley, 24 grandchildren and a host of friends. Mrs. Worm passed away six years ago.
Mr. Worm was a member of the St. Marys church of Hannah.
Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 9:30 from St. Marys Church at Hannah with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Rev. Fr. Clement Sigmund officiating."
Theodore John and Margaret (Hendges) Worm had five children:
1 - Martelle Worm, a twin, was born 4 August 1901 at Hannah, Michigan.
2 - Marcella Elizabeth Worm, a twin (1901-1998)
3 - Alfred John Worm (1909-1981)
4 - Eleanor Augusta Worm (1916-2006)
5 - Irma J. Worm (1920-)
